What does the ERROR_LOGIN_FAILED message mean?

  • The message ERROR_LOGIN_FAILED can be literally translated as failure to login to the client.
  • The Internet is a peer-to-peer network, which means that information flowing between your computer or mobile device and the game server must pass through several 'peer' machines. These machines do not belong to us or your internet service provider (ISP), but your connection depends on them. If any of these peer machines is having trouble, you may experience a temporary lag, disconnection, or failed login.
  • Your email and certain sites may continue to function when there is a brief connectivity problem. That's because some sites may have a shorter or different network paths to your device than our software does.
  • So how do you solve this issue?
  1. Turn off all of your computer and network equipment, then restart it and try to login again.
  2. If this fails, check the date on your computer’s calendar to ensure the current date and year is set properly.
  3. Next, if you have a firewall or similar software (i.e. proxy or websense filter/parental control) installed, check if it is configured correctly to allow our software to access the Internet.
  4. If the above fails, please provide your Brand's Support team with the exact error message you are receiving and let them know what firewall or security software is installed on your computer. It would also be helpful if you send them Network Status Test result.
